Thank you for input. I hope you are wrong though. I hope that this site will bring into perspective our similarities while drawing attention to real world problems and eventually help offer solutions. And of course as you discovered it is just as easy to judge things positively.

I can neither agree or disagree with your judgment mom-bes. I use this phrase in the negative when discussions of euthanasia come up. Prolonging life at any cost seems foolish to me. Quality of life should always be considered. Is life still precious when you are in a vegetative state? Is life still precious when you cannot move or leave your hospital bed because you are in so much pain or irreparably damaged? I agree that life is precious in that it is such a rare occurrence in the universe but it is not precious simply because it is. Celebrate life. Love life. Live life. But it is what it is and nothing more.
